Criminal Justice Reform Forum April 29-20th

On April 29, 2023, FailSafe-ERA and the League of Women Voters – Fredericksburg Area chapter were pleased to host a state General Assembly candidate panel at our Annual Criminal Justice Reform Forum along with Germanna Community College and the Virginia Career Works. The responses to 3 questions were posed to as many candidates for electoral districts as possible serving our area. View the responses, HERE.

Transitional Jobs for Reentry - April 19-20th
FailSafe-ERA and Rappahannock Goodwill piloted the Good Work project with four returning citizens.  They participated in two full days of transformed and empowered life skills and employment training and were offered full time employment with Goodwill.    Thank you Antoine Carey, Owner of Faded & Co. for sharing with the participants the importance of surrounding themselves with good people.

5th Annual Rissa’s Heart Holiday Shoppe
On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, FailSafe-ERA was honored to host its 5th Annual Rissa’s Heart Holiday Shoppe, spreading joy and warmth to the hearts of our community. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors and donors, we were able to make this event truly magical for 32 families and 84 children.
